Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the roll996 platform, you fully agree to all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the platform.

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on roll996. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, email address, and a valid phone number. Providing false or misleading information may result in account termination and balance freezing.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. roll996 will never ask for your password through any channel. If you suspect any unauthorised access, please notify us immediately via email at [email protected].
Roll996 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:
- Identity fraud or providing false information during registration
- Activities suspected of involving money laundering or unauthorised transactions
- Violations of the usage terms set out in this document
- Multiple account registrations by the same individual
- Attempts to manipulate the gaming system, bonuses, or payment mechanisms
If your account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may not be refunded, depending on the nature and severity of the breach.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Roll996 users are expected to use the platform responsibly, honestly, and in compliance with all applicable rules. Key user responsibilities include:
- Ensuring that your use of the platform does not violate any laws or regulations applicable in your area of residence
- Not using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical means to manipulate game outcomes or platform systems
- Not sharing your account with others or allowing any third party to access your account

- Ensuring that deposited funds are legitimately owned by the user and are not proceeds of any illegal activity
Roll996 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of being suspicious and to take appropriate action without being obliged to provide detailed reasons to the users involved.
Payment Information, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the roll996 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform does not directly accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion is entirely the user's responsibility.
Accepted deposit methods include FPX Online Banking, TNG eWallet, Boost eWallet, and other supported local internet banking channels. The list of available payment methods is subject to change and can be reviewed in the deposit section of your account.
Deposit processing times vary depending on the payment method used. Most deposits via FPX and e-wallets are processed instantly to within one hour. Any delays caused by third-party issues such as banking system outages are beyond roll996's control.
Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account or e-wallet registered to your account. roll996 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawals above certain amounts as a security measure. Qualifying withdrawal requests are typically processed within one to three business days.
Any attempt to withdraw bonus or promotional credits without meeting the stipulated wagering requirements may result in the forfeiture of those rewards and further action being taken on the user's account.

Roll996 shall not be liable for any financial loss, service disruption, or indirect damages incurred by users as a result of using the platform, including losses arising from technical outages, system errors, or cyberattacks beyond our control. roll996's maximum liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount of the user's most recent deposit.
